Rickman, portraying the antihero Severus Snape, was one of the best adaptations in the film. With his dry and party-amused tone, sweeping dark robe, and matted hair Rickman made the character iconic. He passed away on January 14th, 2016.

    Richard Harris

Richard Harris was last seen in Harry Potter and the Chambers of Secrets in 2002 before passing away in the same year on October, 25th. He lived Dumbledore’s character and registered a permanent name to the fan’s hearts. Surprisingly, Harris had no intention to portray this role and was convinced by his young granddaughter.

    Helen McCrory

Helen McCroy had been phenomenal with her stellar performance as Narcissa. Even, she was the first choice as Narcissa’s sister Bellatrix Lestrange, but couldn’t continue due to her pregnancy. The role was then played by Helena Bonham Carter.
