Newcastle United are trying their level best to make it to the top 4 this season, and they are especially thankful to their player Miguel Almiron for his gigantic efforts on the pitch. The Paraguayan international is indeed in a form of his life, and he’s doing a magnificent job for his club in recent matches. This was also very clear in Newcastle’s match against Southampton this Sunday, where he did a brilliant job at the back of the net.
Even the traits which make Miguel Almiron different from others and also allow him to play efficiently are his calm and coolness, and once the collected the ball he drove to the box, and the rest of the work is done with ease. The man in form has scored in every match in his last 4 Premier League matches, against Everton, Aston Villa, Spurs, and Southampton.
Miguel Almiron doing a great job for himself as well as for the club
The form that Miguel Almiron is in, is not only good for himself, but for this team too. The attacking midfielder has a great role to play in Newcastle’s journey to qualify for the top 4. Coming to his personal good, the goals that he scored in his last 4 PL appearances signify that he is now the second non-Englishman to achieve the same, with Papiss Cisse being the first.
Though he is second, his form has led him to register eight goals in 13 appearances so far, which is considered a rare performance. Only Erling Haaland has netted more non-penalty goals than Miguel Almiron this season which is 15. Newcastle with Almiron as well as other players is truly achieving heights. The club is highly expected to qualify for the top 4 this season.
