    Squanch Games makes a surprising revelation at San Diego Comic-Con, revealing that their popular humorous sci-fi shooter, High On Life, is now available on the PlayStation Store. The game, which formerly delighted Xbox console and PC users, is now available to PlayStation fans for $59.99.

    High On Life recounts the amusing antics of a slacker high school dropout who unexpectedly becomes Earth’s last hope in the aftermath of an alien invasion. Humans are the ultimate source of elation for these interplanetary creeps, propelled by their unquenchable thirst for intoxication.

    As a result, the only possible option is to transform into a bounty hunter and relentlessly pursue the key members of the alien cartel, putting an end to their enticing ambitions. To add to the pleasure, the firearms talk, and they’re funny.

    With the introduction of their first DLC update, High On Life, due to come this fall, Squanch Games has more in store for fans.

    The expansion will include a new talking gun character named Harper, who will be voiced by Sarah Sherman from Saturday Night Live. Along with Harper, gamers may expect to face a goopy new boss, Mux, whose narration is provided by Gabourey Sidibe, well known for her work in Precious and American Horror Story. The DLC will be available on the PlayStation, PC, and Xbox platforms.

    Since its launch in mid-December, High On Life has achieved tremendous success. The game has struck a chord with the gaming community, with over 7.5 million unique players worldwide. Notably, High On Life was the top-selling on Steam during its first week. Furthermore, it is the most significant Xbox Game Pass release of 2022, as well as the most significant third-party launch in Game Pass history. It also became the largest single-player game launch on Game Pass in history.

    High On Life is now available on a variety of platforms, catering to a diverse range of gamers. The game is available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, as well as via Xbox Game Pass on console, PC, and cloud.
