The gacha system used by Genshin Impact allows players to wish on a character’s banner in the hopes of getting a playable version of them by using various in-game and real-world currencies. While many characters are always accessible as potential gacha pulls, others, typically 5-star characters, are only accessible for a finite amount of time as a part of Character Event Wish banners.
Every Character Event Wish banner has one 5-star character and three 4-star characters, all of whom have a significantly higher drop rate. The 5-star character is frequently exclusive to the banner and impossible to obtain in any other way.
The Heron’s Court and The Transcendent One Returns, which both feature Kamisato Ayaka and Shenhe, are the concurrent Character Event Wish banners in Genshin Impact for Version 3.5 (Phase 2). Wishes may be made on these banners starting on March 21 at 5 PM GMT, 6 PM EDT, and 3 PM PDT. They are anticipated to expire on April 11 at 3 PM BST, 1 PM EDT, and 10 AM PDT.
In addition, brand-new 4-star character Mika, who has an increased drop rate alongside featured 4-stars Diona and Sucrose, is introduced in these banners. Be aware that while the featured 5-star characters can only be drawn by wishing on their own unique banner, the promoted 4-star characters can be drawn from either banner. But sympathy builds up on both concurrent Character Event Wish banners and is distributed among them.

Genshin Impact version 3.6 is scheduled to release on or about April 11th, 2023. Although there has been no official announcement regarding the characters that will appear on either pair of banners, reliable rumours indicate that Baizhu and Kaveh will be the new additions for the update.
