We are all aware of how thrilling the story twists of Game of Thrones are. If you haven’t seen the season yet, you might be in for a treat. All eight seasons of Game of Thrones will be available to stream in 4K HDR starting in August on HBO Max. Additionally, it will include Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos capabilities.

The following month, HBO Max will provide Game of Thrones in 4K HDR with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support (via WarnerMedia). Given that House of the Dragon’s first season debut is on August 21, the timing is ideal. The new formats, however, will only be available to service members with an ad-free tier.

HBO Max’s ad-free tier will set you back $14.99 per month or $149.99 annually if you are not already a subscriber. If you’re anxiously awaiting House of the Dragon, HBO has announced that it will make its 4K debut along with HDR 10, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos compatibility.

You should be aware that Game of Thrones is already available on Blu-ray in 4K. You will, however, only save $150 for the complete package. However, viewing the show on Bluray has its benefits, such as a greater bitrate for better quality.
