Season 3 Reloaded for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is due to release on May 10, introducing new game types, additional weapons to acquire, and more. Activision has published a new mid-season trailer featuring the forthcoming Alboran Hatchery map.

This Call of Duty Season 3 Reloaded trailer provides gamers a taste of the action on Alboran Hatchery, a regular 6v6 multiplayer map situated at a hatchery in Galicia, Spain. Players will combat in and around the hatchery’s main entrance, a fishing warehouse, surrounding containers, and a storage structure on this medium-sized map.

“On this medium-sized map, Operators must navigate in and around the hatchery’s storage and warehouse facilities set on a rolling green hill beneath towering wind turbines,” Activision said in a blog post previewing the new map.

“Use the large cover objects to conduct stealth operations around the map or climb up for a view of the surrounding area. It’s all about balancing exposure with intel-gathering here, with the best teams combining the two for a highly coordinated fight.”

As the new Call of Duty trailer demonstrates, there’s plenty of room for close-quarters combat on this map, but there’s also plenty of wide area for those who prefer longer-range combat. There is also lots of rooftop space for those who want to add some verticality to their gameplay.

Alboran Hatchery is the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 season 3’s last map, after the previously added Pelayo’s Lighthouse and Black Gold 6v6 maps from Season 3.

Call of Duty’s Season 3 Reloaded will also include the next Modern Warfare 2 Raid episode, a large-scale Infected mode, and a Kevin Durant operator bundle. Check out everything revealed for Warzone 2’s mid-season update, which adds a mystery new DMZ location and a Warzone Ranked Play feature.
