The tweet said, “I hope she knows that she is looked at like a piece of meat. she is a married woman now and she needs to act like one. I love her music but I don’t agree with her putting her a** on the camera like that.” In response to the tweet, Grande wrote, “I’m so tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a meme, a punchline, or a sexual object. I…do not. belong. to anyone. but myself.”

    She added, “I think we should help each other work towards just being safer and keeping each other safer,’ she added”. The singer-actor, while speaking about the comparisons she is facing with her previous body, shared she was very unhealthy at the moment – an image that people are holding as a benchmark currently. “’I also just want to say: one, there are many different kinds of beautiful. There are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful,’ she stated.

    ‘And personally, for me, the body that you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body”. Calling her past version ‘the lowest point of her life’, she continued, “I was on a lot of antidepressants, and drinking on them, and eating poorly, and at the lowest points of my life when I looked the way you consider ‘my healthy,’ but that in fact wasn’t my healthy.”
