FIFA U-17 World Cup 2022 is on its way. Meanwhile, the Assistant coach of the team, Alex Ambrose has been alleged of misconduct and has been suspended by the All India Football Federation (AIFF). Investigations are going to be launched against him very soon regarding this matter.
Recently, the AIFF released an official statement on this matter stating this kind of misconduct won’t be tolerated in camp and also released a policy regarding this discipline. Alex Ambrose is restricted from making any kind of contact.

- Earlier, U17 coach Nicolai Adams was banned by AIIF for his abusive behaviour on the Indian squad of the FIFA U17 World Cup.
There have been various reports against the assistant but there’s been no official confirmation yet regarding this allegation. This was a major shock to the football lovers with the World Cup coming in near future. It’s a shame for the country and AIFF Internationally. Earlier too, India had to go through the same humiliation for the coach Nicolai Adams for the abusive behaviour towards the youngsters.
The India U-17 women’s team was defeated 0-7 against Italy in Grandisco D’lsonzo in the Female Football Tournament. Later, India was beaten 1-3.
