Roy Hodgson to be appointed as the new head coach of Watford

    Various reports state that Premier League club Watford FC has been on work of appointing a new head coach, who is a former English professional player as well as a manager, Roy Hodgson. The EPL club is close to replacing Claudio Ranieri with Hudgson.

    The news first came as Fabrizio Romano stated on Twitter as Watford are working to appoint the 74-year-old Roy Hodgson as the new head coach in the upcoming hours. However, the final details are to be discussed soon. It will be great to see Hodgson back in the top tier of English football, and the Englishman will also look forward to making his Premier League comeback.

    Watford on Claudio Ranieri

    Watford FC sacked their Italian manager, Claudio Ranieri on Monday, following he spent in this respected position for three months only. At present, Watford is now in the zone of relegation following their defeat which came against Norwich at the Premier League on Friday with a humiliating score of 3-0. Not only did it end here, but Norwich City registered 2 consecutive goals, and the third one was an own goal done by Juraj Kuchka.
