Mariano Diaz told Real Madrid that he would like to leave the club in the summer transfer window. Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos might ne leaving as well.

After failing to return from Lyon in 2018 after being reluctant to leave Los Blancos last year, he finally seems ready for a new adventure.

Whether Real Madrid will sign another player for next season depends on their ability to sell someone from their current team and free their cash. Antonio Rudiger and Aurelien Tchouameni  have already passed through the door, but Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos may leave soon.

    About Mariano Diaz’s Leave

Mariano Diaz has scored a total of 59 games with 7 goals. His constant injuries didn’t help him either, but he always preferred to stay in Real Madrid. Real Madrid sought a move to Rayo Vallecano for a higher salary than he received, but players preferred to stay at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Mariano is expected to leave as well as Luka Jovic and Borja Mayoral, while Juanmi Latasa will remain between the reserves and the first team.

Therefore, there is a possibility that the board will examine the possibility of strengthening the front line. However, this obligation must meet a number of guidelines: the most important being that it cannot be a non-EU player.

With the current problem of obtaining a Spanish passport, Madrid have filled the three spots available with Vinicius, Rodrygo and Eder Militao, preventing the likes of Gabriel Jesus from arriving.

    About Asensio and Ceballos’s Leave

The departures of Luka Jovic, Mariano Diaz and Jesus Vallejo were already known, while the club are also targeting the departures of Take Kubo and Reinier Jesus on loan.

Borja Mayoral is also likely to leave while Marcelo, Gareth Bale and Isco have already left. But it’s different with Asensio and Ceballos as they are key members of the squad with a lot to give and they aren’t too happy about being from the starting as often as they are.
