Jurgen Klopp was in charge of Liverpool in the year 2015. Since then, he has led the Reds to Premier League titles, Champions League trophies, FA Cup, EFL Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.

The German manager is best known for his coaching philosophy and drawing out the best of all the players on his team. He turned some great players like Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk into soccer superstars.

The recruitment made by Klopp in Anfield has been great so far. As soon as Klopp is confident of the player’s talent, he splurges a lot of money on them. Since arrival at Anfield, the German has spent £540m on player transfers (excluding Darwin Nunez).

He won six trophies in Liverpool. He also won the 2018-19 Premier League Player of the Year Award and participated in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year three times.

    2. Alisson Becker

Liverpool raised a lot of eyebrows when they signed AS Roma’s Allison Becker for £67m. However, goalkeepers have withstood the test and are now considered one of the best in the world. He has played 136 times in the Premier League and holds 64 clean sheets in those games.

The 29-year-old shot-stopper won the Premier League Golden Glove twice and was named FIFA’s best goalkeeper in 2019. He was nominated for the PFA Premier League team for the 2021-22 season.

    3.  Naby Keita

The Red Devils spent a club-record in the summer of 2018 to sign Naby Keita from RB Leipzig for £52.75m. However, the Guinea international is one of the rare signings that has not worked well for Klopp. He has struggled with injury since joining Anfield four years ago. He played only 76 matches in the league, scoring seven goals.

However, Keita’s contract expires next year and the Red Devils are in talks to extend his contract at Anfield.
