Samsung made a deal, about the Galaxy AI at its launch event and it’s not hard to see why. Alongside Google, Samsung is one of the brands integrating AI into smartphones. This announcement is quite significant. After Galaxy Unpacked Samsung revealed its plans to bring AI features to Samsung phones starting with the Galaxy S23. Today a detailed list of features that will be available on these devices has emerged.
All About the Galaxy AI Features
Samsung UK shared an infographic that outlines all the Galaxy AI features found in the Galaxy S24 series, which will soon be accessible on the Galaxy S23 lineup as well. It’s worth noting that almost all of the features shown in the image will be available for devices too. This is news for users who are considering whether they should upgrade to these AI features.
The infographic confirms that all the featured functions will indeed be included in the Galaxy S23 series. Users can expect to have access to Circle to Search Live Translate, Photo Assist, and Note Assist among other things. While these are considered foundational Galaxy AI features for this series Samsung may introduce functionalities in the course. Given that these devices possess hardware they are expected to deliver impressive performance for several more years.
As for extending Galaxy AI support to models, like the Galaxy S22 series Samsung’s position remains uncertain. Samsung initially made it clear that they had no intentions of introducing AI capabilities, to smartphones. However, there is a possibility that this position may change in the future giving hope to users who have devices.
Additionally, while base features are slated for the Galaxy S23 series, the availability of paid features remains uncertain, and subject to change.
