According to a report from the Korean publication ETNews, it claims that Samsung is preparing to deliver its enormous 55-inch curved Odyssey Ark monitor in August (via SamMobile). The monitor, which was unveiled at CES in January, has completed the necessary certification processes before going on sale.
About the Ark Monitor
Still lacking are many specifics concerning this monitor. According to the manufacturer, the stand will support pivot, tilt, and rotation and will have a 16:9 4K panel. Additionally, it stated that it would release in the second half of 2022, which the rumored August release window perfectly fits.
But let’s face it, even if you don’t mention the price or refresh rate, people will take notice when you arrive with a monitor that threatens to physically tower over you while you’re using it.

Was Samsung’s announcement of a massive, very curved monitor that can wrap around and around you just a fever dream, or was it true? It was indeed announced, and the rumors that it might be released shortly serve as a reminder that we are eagerly anticipating it.
The fact that Samsung has effectively launched other monitors that it promised around CES this year lends some credence to the allegation. Both the smaller, curved Odyssey Neo G8 gaming display and the noticeably less ambitious M8 monitor have already begun to appear on retail shelves.
