Sandesh Jhingan has officially ended his second spell with ATK Mohun Bagan, confirmed by the club on their social media accounts. The player rejoined the ISL side in January and signed a short-term deal with them.
He had left to join Croatian side HNK Sibenik, but was unable to make any professional appearances for. Struggles with fitness and injuries limited his time with them, and he was sent back to India as a result. And after six months with the Mariners, he is a free agent once again.

The centre-back has interest from Bengaluru FC and Mumbai City FC among other ISL teams. Clubs in Norway and Denmark are also keeping tabs on him as of right now. The player is aware of the offers and is in no rush to decide his next club.
At 29, Sandesh Jhingan is at his physical peak and will be able to provide a huge boost to any side he joins. He is a key part of the Indian national team as well, and has a commanding presence that can totally change the composure of the team in difficult times.
For ATK Mohun Bagan, he played ten games during his six-month spell, coming up short against Hyderabad FC in the playoffs. And now, he is set to choose his next club in the coming weeks.
