In 2022, Sony said it would restructure its PlayStation Plus subscription program. The PS Plus benefits that users have enjoyed throughout the years are still available with PS Plus Essential.
There are two new membership tiers: Extra and Premium. In nations without access to PlayStation’s streaming service, Premium membership is referred to as Deluxe. These new memberships provide access to a game library with over 300 games.
