Pokemon Sleep began its full rollout with a surprise launch in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Latin America, much like the 2016 launch of Pokemon Go. As reported by Kotaku Australia, gamers in all of these regions may now access the game in its entirety on iOS and Android, with access to further regions likely to come soon.
Due to the small populations of Australia and New Zealand, Pokemon Go frequently introduces new features and game modes before other regions. Last week’s restricted Pokemon Sleep beta included people from these locations as well; it was first accessible to Android users from Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, and Canada, and it eventually expanded to some other Latin American nations.
For gamers in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Latin America, Pokemon Sleep has now officially debuted, and the official Pokemon Sleep account has promised updates for other territories very soon.
As the name implies, Pokemon Sleep is a sleep tracker with a Pokemon theme that features Snorlax, a Pokemon known for being drowsy. Players that use Pokemon Sleep to monitor the quality of their sleep each night can check the following morning to see what kind of Pokemon were drawn to them due to their particular sleep type.
Through the Pokemon Go Plus+ gadget, the game may also be connected to Pokemon Go, which will provide some advantages to both games.
