    Man City gets alleged by the Premier League on financial breaches

    Recently, the top-tier football tournament of Europe, the English Premier League has brought financial breaches’ allegation to Man City. The governing authority of the English club football, cited the Premier League club as multiple violations over the last decade, which can lead to trade restrictions, fines, or even other penalties which is taken from an independent commission.

    Manchester City were even surprised to learn the allegations brought by the Premier League, they said in a statement. PL primarily brought the allegation on the club regarding violation of financial rules within the top soccer league of England.

    The Sky Blues said in a news release that they were every surprised by the issuing of these alleged financial breaches of the Premier League rules which is specifically given in an extensive engagement along with vast amount of detailed materials that the tournament has been provided with.

    Man City also welcomes the review of this matter by an independent commission for impartically considering the comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence that even exists is support to its position. The PL side is looking forward to sort out the problem soon.

    Exact allegation by the Premier League

    The Premier League has alleged Man City about violations that occurred over nine seasons from 2009-10 through 2017-18. The club has been cited for not providing accurate information regarding its revenue along with the managerial contracts as well as a lack of compliance with the authority’s investigation.

    Besides, they have been also alleged for not complying with the regulations of the UEFA that includes fairplay and licensing along with sustainability and profitability regulations. At present the club has been on a 14-4-3 position, sitting at the second place at the PL points table, and they have been the champions in the last 4 out of 5 occasions.
