Epic Games released Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 last week, which contained a major change: the removal of buildings. Needless to say, this has been a contentious issue, with some players supporting the nuking of structures and others opposing it.
While the restoration of construction is currently unknown, those who have enjoyed the game without it will be pleased to learn that a new Zero Build option will be permanently introduced to the game. Below is a small trailer for the Zero Build mode.
Fortnite Zero Build
The weapon, item, and traversal abilities are all put to the test in Zero Build. Zero Build has playlists for Solo, Duos, Trios, and Squads on the Discover page. (To get to the Discover page, go to the Lobby and click on the “CHANGE” button above “PLAY!”) Players have the recharging Overshield in Zero Build as a defense in the absence of builds.
Rock Vehicles with the Anvil Rocket Launcher
There’s the Heavy Turret for dealing with vehicles, so how about a portable anti-vehicle weapon? Look into the scope of the Anvil Rocket Launcher and lock it onto your vehicle target. Once you’ve latched on to your target, launch a rocket at it! Regular and Rare Chests, Seven Supply and IO Chests, Supply Drops, and sharks all have Anvil Rocket Launchers.
B.A.R. – Bars tor Assault Rifle
Prepare for a vault unvault! Help is needed by the Resistance in deciding whether to build the MK-Seven Assault Rifle or the Combat Assault Rifle. Peer through the red-dot scope of a long-range Assault Rifle with the former. Carry the Assault Rifle equivalent to the powerful, tight-bullet-spread Combat SMG with the latter. (The Combat Assault Rifle’s recoil now ramps up to that strength rather than remaining constant.)
Fortnite can be played on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Switch, and mobile platforms.
