Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you, then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges levied on your order.
  • No cancellation on Pre-Order products.

Return / Refund Policy:

  • A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it.
  • You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a full refund.
  • We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • If there is any manufacturing defect or any product discrepancy, you’ll need to contact us within 24 hrs of the product received; we will cheerfully refund your money after verification of the product. For electronic items, you need to justify the defects, if any damage or tampering of the product is found, we will not accept any returns.
  • You’ll get the refund amount (deducting the service charges) in your bank account within 3-4 business days after the returned product has reached our hub.

Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to improve our quality of service constantly.
