Squad Up, the newest in-game event for Apex Legends Mobile, launched last night and will only be accessible throughout the weekend. To earn free stuff, the event invites gamers to form teams with their friends and accomplish challenges together. A pre-built squad is required to complete each challenge in Squad Up’s sequence of tasks.
In-game cash and an Epic-tier Fade hold spray are among the free rewards given to players who finish all challenges. Here’s everything you need to know to finish this event quickly and collect a small collection of free items for you and two pals.
You’ll see some splash pages promoting different events when you check in, one of which is the Squad Up event. When the event advertisement appears, you can also access the Squad Up event center by tapping the scrolling banner on the right side of the main lobby screen. Choose the “Season Event” banner instead, then press the “Limited-Time” option at the top of the screen. Then, choose “Squad Up” from the vertical list between “VIP Access” and “Daily Rewards” on the right side of the screen.
Remember that a pre-assembled squad is required to complete these challenges. But if you don’t already have a group of pals to play with, don’t worry too much; you can meet others in the lobby conversation. Just be certain that you have formed a squad before choosing the “Go!” option for any of the event challenges.
