Amazon’s breakout star Jack Reacher played by Alan Ritchson seems to have joined the cast of the 10th ‘Fast X’ movie, ‘The Fast and The Furious’. He will join the returning cast members Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang, and Charlize Theron, along with newcomers Jason Momoa and Brie Larson.
The film has recently changed from franchise director Justin Lin to Louis Letterier, but the film sticks to the original script written by Lin and Dan Mazeau, with Lin continuing to stay and produce. The script was co-authored by Justin Lin and Dan Mazeau. However, Lin will not be returning as a director, nonetheless, he decides to remain a producer with Louis Letterier to oversee the film.
Alan Ritchson’s Character in the Upcoming ‘Fast X’ Movie
We are still quite unsure as to who Alan Ritchson will play in the film, but he will make quite the addition to the cast. The second season of Jack Reacher has been renewed, and Amazon seems to have inked Ritchson to a three-picture deal.
After his breakthrough as the title character of Prime Video’s ‘Jack Reacher’ series, Richson seems to be ideally suited for this franchise.
Alan Ritchson’s setpiece at the show was truly credible and he was intended to be a perfect match for Momoa, Diesel, and John Cena.
He can be next found in the film, Ordinary Angels, opposite Hilary Swank. He made his directorial debut for Lionsgate with Dark Web: Cicada 3301, which was authored by him and was starred in.
Alongside that, Ritchson is also represented by WME, Industry Entertainment’s Dan Spilo, and Hansen, Jacobson, and Teller.
However the film is under production, but the ‘Fast X’ film is stated to be released in May next year and will be distributed by Universal Pictures.
