    Neymar nearly signed for Real Madrid in 2019

    Various reports state that the Brazilian GOAT Neymar Jr. was nearly signed to the La Liga giants Real Madrid 3 years back in 2019. Neymar is indeed one of the greatest of this generation and he had everything that he needed to be the best in the world.

    However, his lifestyle, along with competing with Lionel Messi and his injuries hold him back from the ultimate. On Wednesday, one of the biggest threats of Paris Saint Germain Neymar Jr. is going to return at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu but he could easily be at Real Madrid at present if things had gone a bit more differently.

    Neymar nearly went to Real Madrid for three times

    Neymar in an interview with Ronald Nazario said that how he did everything to return to Barcelona 3 years back in summer 2019, and he had a similar situation with Real Madrid. Neymar’s story is known from his initial stages till now.

    The then Santos player was all set to sign for the Spanish Capital at the age of 13. However, the deal would have brought sanctions from FIFA, which eventually turned down the process. Sources state that the event also led the then Santos president to offer Neymar a salary of 10,000 euros per month at such a young age.

    The second attempt by Real Madrid to sign Neymar wasn’t successful either. Neymar had a medical surgery and following that he was ready to sign to go to the Los Blancos which was primarily deposited in a safe in Sao Paulo as well as in another Madrid, however, it never got valid. Madrid didn’t accept the last demands of the Brazilian and he eventually ended up signing for Barcelona FC.
