On the launching of the Servicing App, Xiaomi India is not in the backward as Xiaomi India launched the latest Xiaomi Service+ smartphone applications to cater to its customer’s service and support the requirements.
It seems that the Chinese smartphone-making app offers a range of support services like repairing the device, price quotations, live chat assistance, and also others. The users also can be able to view the spare part prices like the view with warranty information of their purchased devices.
They also will be able to check the status of their requests by utilizing the application. In addition, Xiaomi Service+ also arrives integrated with chat with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot, and live chat with the agent. It is literally amazing.
Xiaomi India, Muralikrishnan B, COO said, ” Keeping in mind the growing need to receive at-home services, Xiaomi Service+ aims to address every customer request from the comfort of their home with just a few clicks. The app can be effectively used to raise service requests, track the status of the request, and receive information on the warranty status of their device among the host of the other features,”
It also can be downloaded through Google Play or Get apps. It has been supported by Xiaomi India’s network of nearly 2,000 service centers across the country.
