Xbox has announced the Black Ops 6 Collection, which includes the Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, and an Xbox Series X Wrap, all inspired by the upcoming Call of Duty game. As per a previous Xbox Wire post, the design is intended to capture “the tension and intrigue of a ’90s spy thriller theme,” with visual components that will make gamers feel at one in Goldeneye’s universe.
The All New Xbox Black Ops 6 Collection
Black Ops 6 Collection controllers are available for the Xbox Design Lab, where you can customize and purchase your own controller while an Xbox Series X Wrap is up for pre-order at Microsoft Store. The items are priced at $98.95 for the Black Ops 6 Collection Xbox Wireless Controller, $164.98 for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, and $54.99 for the Xbox Series X Console Wrap. Pre-order customers for the Xbox Series X Wrap will get a 2XP token good for an hour of play in Black Ops 6.
At this point, it is not known whether the controllers or console wrap will be available in regions like India officially. Elsewhere, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has been announced as a day-one Xbox Game Pass title and will not be available to play with the $1 trial for new subscribers joining ahead of launch after Microsoft quietly removed it just one week prior to release. The launch of Starfield also used a similar strategy.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to launch on October 25. Preload details, launch times, and PC system requirements can be found here. The game is priced at ₹5,599 for the Standard Edition and ₹7,999 for the Vault Edition across Steam, PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store. It will be playable on Game Pass via PC Game Pass (₹449 per month) or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (₹829 per month).
