Although viewership dropped sharply, Season 3 ended in May this year, and the studio announced that showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy would be back to continue their big-budget sci-fi drama. Based on the 1973 movie directed by Jurassic Park writer Michael Crichton, Westworld is a drama series set in an android theme park designed to resemble the West for the first two seasons.
Season 3 spends more time in the human world, and Season 4 is expected to continue on that path and build on existing stories.
Westworld Season 3 focused on Bernard’s journey to understand Sublime, the secret server that [Spoilers] Aaron Paul’s Caleb started and ended the revolution and some hosts fled. Caleb could continue the revolution on behalf of Dolores Abernathy (Evan Rachel Wood), who died at the end of Season 3.
However, it seems that the fate of Dolores is still unknown. Serac, a now-dead crazy billionaire whose AI dominates humanity, has wiped out Delore’s memory, but all hosts must die in order for her to really die.
Regarding how the other storylines follow, Maeve (Thandiwe Newton) is to continue her search for her daughter and Charlotte Hale (Tessa Thompson) might continue building her host army. Humanity will likely continue to descend into anarchy in season four.

The fourth season of Westworld is likely to be premiered on June 26, 2022. As with the first three seasons, Westworld Season 4 will be available on HBO’s video streaming service, HBO Max.
Westworld showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy are back in Season 4. Aaron Paul, Tessa Thompson, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, and Thandiwe Newton all replay their role in the film.
Although her character, Dolores Abernathy, was killed in the season 3 finale, Evan Rachel Wood will still return. Aurora Perrineau is also reported to have joined the cast.
