Penalty Rule Change - When the ball is kicked, the goalkeeper must have at least part of one-foot touching or in line with or behind the goal line

New Match Postponement Rules - Match postponement will be approved if the reason is truly exceptional

Offside Rule Change - If the ball pass, attempt to gain possession by the player in control of the ball is unsuccessful, offside will not be granted

Taking the Knee - The Teams will take the knee only on special occasions.

One Month Gap - There will be a gap of 28 days in November, December, as the Premier League will be paused for the Qatar World Cup 2022
