Tommy Fury and his earnings from fights against KSI: his brother discloses the figures
According to Tyson, his brother, Tommy Fury earned a whopping $10million for the mentioned bout that was held on Saturday, October 14th, at Manchester’s AO Arena.
Tyson remembered the difficult times and struggles his younger brother had to face during his initial days in boxing and compared his current lifestyle and finances.
He told that,
“The fact that Tommy made $10 million for this fight. He’s 24 years old, has made $25-26 million during his 10-fight career. It’s unbelievable, I’m very proud of where he’s come, in 2018 Tommy didn’t have a $10 for a bus pass, today Tommy has millions of dollars in his account, so I’m very proud of him.
He can buy what he wants. He’s got a $5million mansion, G-Wagon, Lambo’s, Rolex. The Guy’s flying.”
Tommy Fury is also a new dad he became the father this January, after his fiance Molly-Mae Hague gave birth to their beautiful baby girl. Molly was also present during Tommy’s fight with KSI.
Tommy has earned whopping sums in his boxing career. However, he’s still to come near the earnings of Tyson, whose earning figures are staggering.
He will be making an awesome $200million for his next two fights, where his respective opponents will be Francis Ngannou and Oleksandr Usyk.
What did Bom Arum note about the earnings?
Top Rank promoter Bob Arum revealed these huge earnings for Tyson, pointing out the vast difference in income between the two brothers in professional boxing.
He said,
“I said Fury, with that (Usyk) fight and the Ngannou fight, in the near future, we’re hoping that he comes in at around $200 million.”
Fans will see the elder brother in action this weekend in his encounter with Francis Ngannou. The boxing bout will be judged over the 10-point must scoring system.
The fight is scheduled in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it will be Gypsy King’s first time stepping into the ring since December after knocking out Derek Chisora.
Stay tuned for an exciting show this weekend and the elder Tommy Fury gets ready to participating in one of the most highly anticipated encounters.
