The Hundred is set to begin in August
The women’s competition of the tournament will kick off at The Kia Oval, London on August 11 on Wednesday. A 17-year-old Oval Invincibles star player, Alice Capsey in this regard said that last year was indeed an exciting year for the women’s match. Playing in the opening match of the tournament, as well as emerging victoriously in the first-ever final of the league is something that she will never forget.
She also said that she still remembers all the fans at the Oval for the very first game, there were numerous young girls, it was indeed very special. She is sure about the second year of the women’s competition which is going to be even more exciting.
