    Sony Confirms Departure of 18 Games from PlayStation Plus

    In a move that is causing some agitation among subscribers, Sony has announced that 18 games are due to depart the PlayStation Plus Games Catalog next Friday, November 18. Some of the most prominent names leaving PlayStation Now include Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and every game in Kingdom Hearts collection, all of which have significant followings.

    Rockstar Games’ famed open-world Western is leaving the catalog for a second time since Red Dead Redemption 2. Not only did Sony kick off the updated version of PlayStation Plus by heralding it as a flagship title, one it would offer great value to those who signed up for its subscription service. But that only re-entered the service in May, making this a second departure and frustrating fans hoping to get some more time with it.

    In addition to Red Dead Redemption 2, fans of the Kingdom Hearts series will also be affected by this announcement. The entire franchise is being removed, including Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 +2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and the excellent follow-up to this game: Kingdom hearts III, as well as Melody of Memory, are constituted in this list of games leaving soon However, the departure of these titles which are dear to many players will result in fans not having immediate access to them.
