    Ravindra Jadeja completes 10 glorious years in association with CSK in IPL

    Ravindra Jadeja joined Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in 2012 and has scored a total of 1324 runs in 88 innings for the franchise and got 100 wickets.

    The Veteran all-rounder from the CSK franchise announced a commitment on Social Media as Chennai Super Kings celebrated 10 years of his association with the franchise in a tweet, especially for the cricketer.

    The CSK franchise had shared two images of Jadeja. One picture is from the first season and the other one from the last season and the caption went as “10 Years of Super Jaddu #WhistlePodu #Yellove @imjadeja.”

    Jadeja replied to it by writing “10 more to go.”

    Jadeja has been playing IPL from the initial season being part of the title-winning franchise in the first season that is the Rajasthan Royals. Jadeja played for Kochi tuskers for the 2011 season, CSK in 2012 for $2 million which was the highest bid in that auction.

    Jadeja has been part of the IPL since the inaugural season, having played for the title-winning franchise of the 2008 season, Rajasthan Royals. After missing the 2010 season, owing to contractual irregularities, Jadeja was roped in by presently-defunct Koch Tuskers for the 2011 season before he joined CSK in 2012 for $2 million, which was the highest bid in that auction.

    Jadeja played for Gujarat Lions in 2016 and 2017 during CSK’s ban season. In 2018, he made a comeback to the team and was among the top-choice players for the franchise. Overall, Jadeja scored 2386 runs in 200 IPL matches while also picking 127 wickets. For Chennai, Jadeja scored 1324 runs in 88 innings and picked 100 wickets.
