T20 World Cup started in 2007 and has seen a total of 10 players who have scored century in ten seasons. In the 2022 edition, Rilee Rossouw and Glenn Phillips smashed centuries against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka respectively. Let’s have a look at those ten players.

Everyone is aware of Chris Gayle’s talent and power-hitting, and he is the only batter to have scored two hundred in T20 World Cup history—both of which were the fastest centuries ever. In 2007, he scored the ton against South Africa, and in 2016, in the mustered the ton against England
Suresh Raina- 2010
Indian batter, Suresh Raina made history by becoming the first Indian player to make a century for the Men in Blue in both T20 International matches and the T20 World Cup. In 2010 he scored a century against South Africa.
Mahela Jayawardane- 2010
Mahela Jayawardene smashed 100 runs against Zimbabwe in 2010. His score in T20 World Cup is 11,016 runs at an average of 39.07.
Brendon McCullum- 2012
Brendon McCullum was one of the T20I cricket’s most well-known players, having scored more than 2000 runs. He batted at a strike rate of above 200 to reach his only T20 WC century against Bangladesh in 2012.
Alex Hales- 2014
In 2014, the powerful English opener assisted his country in finishing a challenging 190-run chase against Sri Lanka. He and Eoin Morgan worked well together to complete the game.
Ahmed Shehzad- 2014
Shehzad scored a century against Bangladesh in 2014, becoming the first batsman from Pakistan to do it. Shehzad opened the batting in the group match against the neighbors from the subcontinent and scored 111 runs.
Tamim Iqbal- 2016
The only player from Bangladesh to score a century in a World Cup T20I is Tamim Iqbal. He needed 63 pitches to score 103 runs, after which Bangladesh successfully defeated Oman by limiting them to 65/9.
Jos Buttler- 2021
Jos Buttler, the opening batsman for England, scored the opening century of the T20 World Cup 2021 in a Super 12 match against Sri Lanka in Sharjah. In his 101 run effort against the island country.
Rilee Rossouw- 2012
Rilee Rossouw smashed South Africa’s maiden century at a T20 World Cup against Bangladesh. In just 52 balls, Rossouw reached his century and helped South Africa reach 205/5 at the SCG with eight sixes.
Glenn Phillips
Glenn Phillips scored 104 runs off 64 deliveries. He hit 10 boundaries with maximum fours in it in Sydney against Sri Lanka in 2022.
