Oppo A55s has been spotted on multiple certification websites, hinting that its launch could be around the corner. The purported Oppo smartphone is spotted on Geekbench benchmarking site with model number CPH2309. The 5G phone may come as a successor to the recently launched Oppo A55. Oppo A55s has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification website as well. The handset is also reportedly seen on the FCC website and TUV Rheinland certification site, which also suggested some of its specifications.

The Oppo A55s has stopped by Geekbench with the CPH2309 model number. The handset has been first spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma who shared the details on Twitter. Oppo A55s has been spotted on Geekbench with 1,592 points in multi-core testing. The handset scored 510 points in single-core testing.

According to the listing, the Oppo A55s will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which will have six cores clocking at 1.80Gz and two cores clocking at 2.40GHz. The tipster suggests it to be the Snapdragon 480 SoC which is an entry-level 5G processor by Qualcomm.

Furthermore, the Geekbench database suggests the Oppo A55s will have a 4GB RAM configuration. It is yet to be clear if the company will introduce any other high-end RAM model or will launch it with just a 4GB RAM option. Also, this leak doesn’t specify the storage capacity. However, the possibility of a 64GB/ 128GB storage capacity can’t be ruled out.

We can also expect the device to ship with an external microSD card support for additional storage space. What remains to be seen is if the brand opts for a 3-way dedicated SIM card tray or a hybrid slot. Apart from the processor, the Geekbench listing has also confirmed Android 11 OS. This will be topped with a custom ColorOS interface on top.

Separately, the Oppo A55s has also made an appearance on the TUV Rheinland certification website. Only the battery capacity has been confirmed by this listing (shared by the same tipster). The device is said to launch with a 4,980 mAh battery and will also have fast charging support.
