Makers of Kangana Ranaut starring Tejas has officially put forward the release date for the movie. The Sarvesh Mewara directed film will be released on October 5th, the coming year. The date falls into the same day with Dussehra. Sharing her photo from the film on social site, Ranaut captioned the film to be a woman’s inspiring story, who chose to be the commander in skies. She further called the film to be an ode to the respectable Indian Air Force.
Tejas: The Story of a Daring Fighter Pilot
Fans would be excited to see their favorite actress back in an exciting role in a movie that pays a tribute to the armed forces of the country.
The film portrays the story of a fierce fighter pilot. Indian Air Force is the first defense force in the country that initiated women’s combat roles in 2016. The film has its inspiration from this trademark history. The audience will get to see some of the major critical missions of the IAF, and how they have put their effort into the mission to keep the country safe.
Bollywood’s glamour queen Kangana Ranaut, is very excited to be a part of this project. She had earlier expressed her happiness being the part of a movie where the bravery of a women hero in uniform is celebrated. Ranaut previously talked about her privilege of being a part of an exhilarating story like Tejas.
She even added how the movie celebrates the armed forces and the heroes and all the sacrifices they make, just to keep the country and its men safe. Playing the role of a female fighter pilot is something extremely delightful for her and a moment of pride, Ranaut added.
Interestingly, the glamorous lady even confessed how from her very childhood she has been attracted to these armed forces and always wanted to play a soldier.
