    Elon Musk’s Neuralink raised more than US $200 million from Google Ventures. Another 4,444 Neuralink aims to implant wireless brain computer chips to help cure neurological diseases. These include many incurable diseases such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, and spinal cord injury, and connect humans with Artificial intelligence integration.


    Billionaire businessman Elon Musk’s brain chip startup Neuralink has raised $205 million in a round of financing led by Durbar-based venture capital firm Vy Capital, with participation from Alphabet Inc.’s Google Ventures The company said on Thursday.


    Neuralink aims to implant wireless brain-computer chips to help cure neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and spinal cord injury, and integrate human nature with artificial intelligence.
    The company released a video in April showing a male macaque playing the “Mind Pong” video game after implanting chips on both sides of the brain.

    “The first @Neuralink product will allow paralyzed people to use smartphones faster than those using thumbs,” Musk tweeted in June.
    “The device implantation is flush with the skull and charges wirelessly, so it looks and feels completely normal,” he added. Valor Equity Partners, Craft Ventures and Founders Fund also participated in round C.


    Neuralink came into existence under the co foundation of Musk in 2016. Neuralink, is based in San Francisco. It will use the funds to bring its first product, N1 Link, to market. Moreover this will be in use for research and development.


    Musk brought together different experts to develop technologies that are normally limited to academic labs. This became a reality through companies such as Tesla, SpaceX and Boring Co.
    SpaceX, is a private space company. They said in a regulatory document revised in April that it had raised approximately $ 1,160 million in equity financing.
