NASA finally came out of the silence and shared essential details regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena in a live conference.
NASA breaks silence on UFOs existence
The US agency organized a press conference and shared an Independent report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena.
The presented report has been prepared by 16 experts from different areas associated with the investigation of these queer appearances.
The NASA report concluded that “unidentified anomalous phenomena exist” and “are a clear danger to US airspace.”
The study has deeply assessed the sights of unidentified objects by pilots and military and that NASA will face as a challenge.’
Bill Nelson, the NASA administrator, was in charge of declaring the creation of a department specializing in the study of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, which will attempt to make sense of the ‘anomalies in the skies’ that are often encountered.
What did Nelson say?
Talking about it, Nelson said in the press conference,
“We will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to look for anomalies in the skies, and we will continue to look for habitability.”
He denied that the US government is being nontransparent with the phenomena that are being spotted and are unidentified. He rather insisted that NASA has found “no evidence that UAPs have an extraterrestrial origin.”
During the conference, Nelson even provided his personal opinion regarding life beyond Earth. He said,
“There’s a global fascination with UAP. On my travels, one of the first questions I often get is about these sightings. And much of that fascination is due to the unknown nature of it.
If you ask me if I believe there’s life in a universe that’s so vast that it’s hard for me to comprehend how big it is, my personal answer is ‘Yes'”.
Talking about whether extraterrestrial beings visited the earth, he said that the chance is low.
The US government, in the last few years, has made various disclosures of information it has collected on a subject that was at a time met by virtual official silence.
It came up with a watershed report in 2021 compiled by the Director of National Intelligence in conjunction with a Navy-led task force encompassing different observations- usually from military personnel – of UAP.
“The mission of NASA is to find out the unknown,” said Nelson.
Promising transparency at every step, Nelson said,
“Whatever we find, we are going to tell you.”
It will be interesting to watch what more information on the UFOs NASA has to reveal. People have always been excited regarding the existence of extraterrestrial beings, and such reports are enough to heighten their excitement.
