Build A Rocket Boy and IO Partners have officially announced the release date for MindsEye, a single-player narrative-driven action-adventure game. Releasing on June 10, the game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. Pre-order for both digital and physical editions is currently open for $59.99 / €59.99 / £54.99.

Importantly, only a single edition is available for purchase, and pre-orders are automatically upgraded to the Deluxe Edition free of charge. The Premium Pass, the Deluxe Thorn & Kepler Yellowjacket Weapon, the Future Jacob Vest Skin, the Future DC2 Companion Drone Skin, and the Future Silva Sedan Vehicle Skin. The Premium Pass includes all additional content, like the “Exotic Pack,” featuring exclusive skins for Jacob’s vest, the DC2 Companion Drone, and the Silva Sedan. It also unlocks Horde Mode, which pits players against foes with special strategies. As well, there will be new missions and challenges during Q3 and Q4 2025 and more expansions are still to come in Q1 2026.
Advanced MindsEye players will also earn unique bonus missions served through ARCADIA, a device created by Build A Rocket Boy to facilitate AAA content generation at breakneck speed. ARCADIA was supposed to be the main project, originally called Everywhere, but things turned out so well in MindsEye that it quickly became its own game. Leslie Benzies, the Game Director for the title and a legacy out from working on the Grand Theft Auto series, expressed excitement around seeing the game out into players’ hands. He called MindsEye a tense collision of ambition and technology that yields unexpected fallout.
A new story trailer reveals Redrock, a futuristic city where AI and robotics handle everyday tasks, while a powerful algorithm monitors everything. Players take on the role of Jacob Diaz, a former soldier haunted by fragmented memories of a covert mission. As he searches for the truth in a world dominated by AI and military forces, he faces relentless enemies in high-stakes combat on foot, in vehicles, and in the air.
