All of the coaching staff members have had some sort of connection to the franchise. I congratulate James, Parthiv, Vinay, Shane, Robin, and Parthiv on their new positions with the MI Emirates.

The coaching staff is exceptionally knowledgeable about the principles that define MI because they have been an essential part of it for various lengths of time. The chairman of Reliance Jio Infocomm, Akash Ambani, expressed confidence that the team could be developed to win over ardent MI supporters. Two former Indian players have been added, which means Parthiv and Vinay will also be acting as coaches for the first time. The ILT20 League is anticipated to take place in January and February of the following year, though the exact dates have not yet been set.

Watching how the pair perform in their new positions will be intriguing. Additionally, it might be the ideal starting point for their coaching career. Pointing out that Bond’s position as a head coach comes with additional duties is crucial. He has been the Mumbai Indians’ bowling coach since 2015. In addition to his current position as Mumbai Indians’ bowling coach, Shane Bond has been appointed as the Head Coach for the MI Emirates, according to the official statement.

It is an interesting choice to name Bond for the MI Emirates. The former Kiwi pacer is eager to support him in taking the team to new heights. He has, however, played similar roles before. Other teams besides the Mumbai Indians have also utilised him in various capacities. He served as New Zealand’s bowling coach as well. As a coach, he was also in charge of the Sydney Thunder, a team in the Big Bash League.

James Bond said that he felt honored being named as the Head Coach of MI Emirates. He feels building a new team is always exciting, and also mentioned that he is looking forward to carrying on the MI legacy and motivating the players to raise the bar for the game.
