An entirely new Sonet subcompact SUV model has been introduced by Kia. The upgraded model, known as the Sonet X-Line, is based on the Sonet’s top GTX+ model and features numerous design updates for a distinctive appearance. The Kia Sonet X-Line has a starting price of Rs. 13.39 lakh and comes with a choice of a 1.5-liter CRDi diesel engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission or a 1.0 T-GDi petrol engine paired to a 7DCT automatic transmission.
Speaking on the launch, Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India said, “With the Sonet X-Line, we have showcased our designing prowess and offered a stylish & differentiated -looking compact SUV that truly complement the exciting exteriors and energetic interiors.” “With a contribution of over 32% to KIN’s total sales, the Sonet has cemented itself as a segment disruptor and sculpted a niche for itself. We are certain that the Sonet X-Line will elevate the brand’s profile among upwardly mobile, young and savvy consumers who are seeking a premium and exclusive SUV this festive season” he added.
Numerous “Xclusive” amenities are available on the Kia Sonet X-Line.
The most noticeable is the Matte Graphite Exterior paint colour, which stands out as being rather distinctive and will undoubtedly set the version apart from the competition. Also included are 16-inch Crystal Cut Alloy wheels with a Black High Gloss finish for the compact SUV. Additionally, the exterior of the X-Line features several piano black and graphite accents.
The Sonet X-interior Line’s features Xclusive Splendid Sage Dual Tone. Additionally, it has leatherette sports seats with orange stitching and the X-Line emblem, as well as a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel. In addition, the headliner is likewise completed in a black hue.
