    Joji: Fahadh Faasil’s film has won the top prize at International Swedish Film Festival

    On Thursday i.e. 23rd September 2021 an announcement has been made by Fahadh Faasil that his highly acclaimed film named Joshi has won a top honour at the Swedish International Film Festival. He has wrote on his Facebook page that “Good News from Sweden ! JOJI won The Best International Feature Film Award @ the Swedish International Film Festival (SIFF) 2021”.

    The festival is all set to start from 25th October 2021 and it will continue till 30th October. SIFF has provided a platform where all van showcase their independent films across the world. The winners from the different countries will be screened during the film-carnival all throughout the week for the audiences.

    The film Joji was directed by Dileesh Pothan and the script was written by Syam Pushkaran’s script. The film has been aired directly on an OTT platform named Amazon Prime Video in the month of April this year itself. The film has gained many positive reviews and got lots of praisal from the critics. It has turned out to be one of the best Malayalam movies which has been released so far. The film Joji is the second collaboration of Fahadh, Dileesh, and Syam. This trio has previously worked together for Maheshinte Prathikaaram (2016), which has also gained a lot of love and appreciation from the critics as well as the audiences.

    Currently, Fahadh is busy shooting for his Telugu Debut. He is the playing the role of antagonist in Tollywood star Allu Arjun’s upcoming film Pushpa. It is written and directed by Sukumar. The film is going to release in two parts. He has also have a list of multi-starrer film in the line of movies. He will start shooting for Vikram very soon, which stars Kamal Haasan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.
