Reports state that the La Liga President Javier Tebas has called out the president of the Catalan giants, i.e., Barcelona FC, Joan Laporta for his resignation if he is unable to explain the club’s payments to Dansil 95 in El Caso Negreira. The company is owned by the former vice-president Enriquez Negreira, and reportedly is has received a massive amount of 6.7 million euros that is over a period of 17 years for consultancy on referees. No evidence of the consultancy has been found out, eventually raising concerns over Spanish football asking what kind of relationship it primarily was.

The La Liga president Javier Tebas said in this regard that they are not going to give clues to what they have offered to the prosecutor’s office as it can certainly harm the investigation process.
