Inter Milan have been rather quietly building their squad up ahead of the coming season. The Nerazzurri have confirmed several signings recently, the latest of which is Andre Onana. The goalkeeper has joined the Serie A side after letting his contract expire with Ajax.
Onana will be the next first choice keeper, and will be competing with Samir Handanovic for game time. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also set to be announced, after his registration was completed recently. The Armenian will also be making the move as a free agent, after he decided to let his deal with Roma run out.
Inter Milan’s transfer business so far
Kristjan Asllani has joined on loan for the coming season from Empoli. The 20-year-old defensive midfielder is an up-and-coming talent in Italy, and will be one to watch as he aims to make a mark for his new team.
The most prolific transfer so far has been the return of Romelu Lukaku, only a year after joining Chelsea for €100 million. He has been signed on a straight loan with no option to buy, and will be wearing the number 90 shirt for the 22/23 season.
Inter Milan are not quite done with their business yet, and want to sign Raoul Bellanova from Cagliari. The young right-back will be competing with Denzel Dumfries for game time, after the Dutch international’s performances were not fully up to the mark this past season.
