The world’s best ODI bowler, Jasprit Bumrah of India, has recaptured the title. He rose to the top rank thanks to his game-winning and career-best bowling stats of 6/19 against England. With that, he overtook Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi and Trent Boult, a former colleague from the Mumbai Indians.
2018 saw Jasprit Bumrah’s maiden year as the top ODI bowler in the world. But his failure to concentrate on the ODIs caused him to fall to No. 3. But he has recaptured the top spot with 718 points in the most recent ICC rankings, which were published on Wednesday.
Shaheen Afridi is presently in third place with 681 points, trailing only Trent Boult by 712 points. No other Indian bowlers are currently ranked in the top 10.
In the most recent ODI rankings, which the International Cricket Council (ICC) revealed on Wednesday, India has surpassed Pakistan. India moved up one spot in the latest rankings, passing their bitter foe Pakistan, which is now ranked fourth. The most recent rankings were released the day after India defeated England in the ODI at the Oval.
Jasprit Bumrah along with Indian cricket team move upwards in ODI rankings
