Hungama 2 is an upcoming romantic comedy film. It is directed by Priyadarshan and it is produced jointly by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain, Armaan Ventures and its production company is Venus Worldwide Entertainment. It is based on Minnaram by Priyadarshan.

The trailer of the movie Hungama 2 was released on 1st July 2021. It is the sequel to the 2003 film. It is a comedy-drama film. The film promises to be a wild and chaotic ride with fun-filled all over the scenes. The makers are calling it that it will double the fan. The film is full of laughs, comical misunderstandings and an irate husband as the character gets into innumerable scrapes and an unexpected pregnancy.
The film’s story revolves around Meezaan’s character who is trying to disapprove that he is the father of his college sweetheart’s baby. The trailer also features the reprise version of Chura Ke Dil Mera’s song that was originally picturized on Shilpa Shetty in the film Main Khiladi Tu Anari. The reprise version is also picturized on Shilpa Shetty.

Hungama 2 stars Paresh Rawal as Radheshyam Tiwari, Shilpa Shetty as Radha, Meezaan Jaffery as Vivaan, Pranitha Subhash as Naina, Rajpal Yadav as Raja, Tiku Talsania, Ashutosh Rana, Manoj Joshi, Jhony Lever, Raman Trikha, and Akshaye Khanna as comeback appearance.
Priyadarshan the director of the film said that he had offered the film to Ayushmann Khurrana and Kartik Aaryan, but they turned the film down. “I didn’t go directly to meet them but my concept was narrated to a lot of actors like Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aaryan, and Siddharth Malhotra. They all refused to do the film. Now, I am working with Meezaan. They all refused because maybe they thought I am an outdated director, because I was out of the Hindi film industry for five years,” Priyadarshan told this to PTI in the last year.
This film marks Shilpa Shetty’s comeback to Bollywood after 13 years and it also marks Priyadarshan’s return to Bollywood after seven years.
Release Date
Hungama 2 will release on 23rd July on Disney Plus Hotstar. On 30th July Shilpa Shetty has also shared the first poster of the film along with the announcement of the release date. She wrote, “Can’t keep calm, Kyunki ab Hoga Hungama! #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex #Hungama2 trailer coming out on July 1st on Disney+ Hotstar VIP! You don’t want to miss this!”
