Barcelona FC is planning to avoid playing Yusuf Demir their wonder-kid until next year in February concerning their contract issues surroundings playing appearances. At present, the 18-year-old young blood is on a loan at the Camp Nou from Austrian outfit Rapid Vienna. However, this deal of Yusuf Demir involves the club will have to pay a rapid amount of 8.5 million pounds for a permanent transfer if he appears in 10 games.
Also, across the La Liga and Champions League, the winger has already played 9 matches, and another appearance of his on the pitch would certainly trigger his fee. Though Yusuf Demir has certainly impressed so far at this club, as per sources, the financially unstable club will avoid playing Demir before the end of the January transfer window.
Barcelona will certainly look to get the benefit of deducting Demir’s fee from next summer’s budget. To get this advantage, Yusuf Demir needs to be out of play for the club for a minimum of six weeks. Barcelona has curiously wasted the opportunities to use this talented young man and still has to wait for long to see him play for the club.
Yusuf Demir for Barca
Till now, Yusuf Demir has appeared only 15 minutes for the club. He came for a nine-minute cameo against Levante in September to be a part of the 3-0 win in their club and then appeared against Espanyol for 2 minutes in Barca’s 1-0 win in November. Lastly, he came for four minutes in their defeat against Bayern Munich at the Champions League last week.
Concerning their financial limitations, Barcelona is unable to push Yusuf Demir to a good extent as he deserves to be. It is expected that time will come soon when the young talented professional will be able to show his class and efficiency to the whole world for Barcelona.
