A Bilibili content creator “Enthusiastic Citizen,” posted a review that featured ASRock RX 6600 Challenger D graphics card. The review posted by the content creator is part of the cards October 13th launch review, implying that this particular user had to follow strict embargo rules in terms of publishing the content featuring AMD’s new card.

As you might have expected the whole platform has been blurred out in the review so we are not clear as to which motherboard was being used, however, such a design with black and white colours is usually attached to ASUS PRIME or ASROCK Steel Legend series, which leaked last week.

Furthermore, the system was equipped with Zadak’s DDR4 memory which is the DDR4 3866 C14-14-14-34 2T Gear1, so it was a DDR4 compatible board.

The creator revealed the scores of Core i9-12900K in UL’s 3DMark Time Spy and Fire Strike benchmarks, which is CPU test to be specific:

    • Time Spy: 17915
    • Time Spy Extreme: 9004
    • Fire Strike: 41278
    • Fire Strike Extreme: 41477

In the screenshots shared by the tester, we can see the Core i9-12900 in Forza Horizon 4. A comparison picture featuring AMD Ryzen 9 5950X system has been conveniently provided by @9550pro. However, both the CPUs were tested on different operating systems: Core i9-12900 in Windows 11 whereas the Ryzen CPU on Windows 10. However, both were using DDR4-3600 memory. This is a nice choice as AMD CPUs are currently having extreme drops in gaming performance using Windows 11.
