ASUS Zenbook 14 to feature AMD’s Zen 3 Powered Ryzen 7 7730 CPU

With the release of the Zenbook 14, the first of the company’s laptops to start utilising the most recent Zen 3-powered AMD Ryzen 7 7730U CPU, the ASUS Turkey branch recently shared photographs of the newest Zenbook laptops.

The new ASUS Zenbook 14 will come with a Zen 3-based processor, 1TB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 SSD, and integrated AMD Radeon graphics. Even though there aren’t any comprehensive specifications available, we do know that the new Zenbook will use the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor. We know that the numbering system identifies the series and architecture from data AMD collected through presentations. Wireless WiFi 6E 802.11ax connection and up to 16 GB of RAM.

The Ryzen 5000 series processors utilised in another configuration of the Zenbook 14 are also discussed on the ASUS Turkey website, suggesting that the business may also give customers with a more affordable, entry-level option. According to the website’s current information, the Cezanne chips used in the Ryzen 7000 series option could be the newest AMD CPUs.

The ASUS laptop weighs 1.39 kg, has a thickness of 16.9 mm, and consumes 75W of power.

Although it has a long battery life, it is designed to be used as a regular laptop for less demanding jobs like word processing, web browsing, streaming movies and television shows, and other activities that won’t drain the machine. The 14.5-inch panel features 100% sRGB gamut, up to 400 nits of brightness, and 2.5K resolution. The new Zenbook 14 from ASUS has a 2560 x 1600 16:10 display as its top resolution.

The Vega GPU and Zen 3 CPU architectures are used by the Ryzen 5 7630U and Ryzen 7 7730U, the RDNA 3 and Zen 4 CPU/GPU architectures are used by the Ryzen 5 7640U, while the Zen 2 and RDNA 2 CPU and GPU architectures are available on the Ryzen 5 7520U and Ryzen 3 7420U, respectively.
