The new movie trailer doesn’t have many revelations about the story, but in the highly anticipated upcoming movie, the Avenger and the earlier king of Asgard (Chris Hemsworth) go through a midlife crisis and sets out on a journey with the Guardians of the Galaxy, captained by a bit annoying Star-Lord (Chris Pratt).

In one segment, the God of Thunder confronts Gorr, the Butcher God, portrayed by actor Christian Bale, who warns him saying, “All Gods will die.”

Thor training to lose the weight he gained during the iconic Avengers: Endgame remains to be one of the standout moments of the film. Back in the battle, he is reunited with Jane Foster, after eight years seven months, and six days of not seeing each other.

    The Terrifying Villain

A major highlight of the story is Gorr’s appearance which has a high similarity with Voldemort. He is pale, bald, hooded, and has also an interest in the genocide of gods. Also, MCU fans will have another thing to appreciate as Russell Crowe plays the role of the mighty Zeus.

The story focuses on the King of Asgard’s quest for inner peace, who unfortunately comes face-to-face with a terrible assassin known as Gorr, the butcher of gods, whose aim is to exterminate the gods.

To fight the threat, Thor seeks help from King Valkyrie, Korg, and his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who much to Thor’s astonishment, effortlessly wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the mighty Thor.

Together, they get ready for a thrilling cosmic adventure, to unfold the mystery of the Butcher God’s vengeance and stop him before he achieves his goals.
