Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is set to appear later this year, and with a release date looming, more leaks and rumors about Infinity Ward’s future game are surfacing.
According to a recent source, Activision’s public reveals for Modern Warfare 2 will take place in June, with a multiplayer beta following in August. This does not, however, prevent early disclosure of some of the details.

TheMW2Ghost, a well-known Call of Duty leaker, claimed on May 18 that they’d seen the future map that will be utilized for both Warzone 2 and the mysterious DMZ mode coming to Modern Warfare 2, which leakers suspect is an Escape from Tarkov-inspired survival mode. TheMW2Ghost posted a simple map layout on Twitter, claiming it is a rebuild based on the original map image.
The leaked image doesn’t provide much detail, but it does show a vast river flowing along the map’s length and a lake to the east. A few padlock and weapon icons have been marked on the map, but it’s unclear what they’ll symbolize in this new game.

According to a new claim from Exporter, Warzone 2 – or whatever it will be called – will have an “interrogation” element akin to Rainbow Six Siege. Following the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 this year, Warzone 2 is set to arrive in 2023. Although Activision has announced the upcoming Warzone and Modern Warfare 2, neither title has been fully revealed.
Death Stranding 2 is now under development, according to actor Norman Reedus. The title of the game has yet to be revealed, but Reedus told Leo Edit, “We just started the second one.” Death Stranding sold almost 5 million copies before the director’s cut was released, indicating that the game was a success. The PS4 and PS5 editions were released by Sony, with 505 Games handling the PC release in 2020.

The Anniversary Edition of the game, which was released in 2021 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC to commemorate the game’s tenth anniversary, is now rumored to be coming to Switch. The main game, all DLC and modifications, plus a new fishing system are all included in the Skyrim Anniversary Edition.
