MS Dhoni who was the former skipper of India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) made his 350th T20 appearance in the 11th match of IPL 2022 against Punjab Kings (PBKS).
He’s the second Indian to achieve this after Indian skipper Rohit Sharma. Dhoni is the sixth Indian to cross the 7000-run mark in the T20 format of cricket. he now has 7000+ runs, he featured in 350 matches and has 28 50s in his pocket. He achieved this feat in CSK’s previous game against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).

Before the commencement of IPL 2022, the CSK captaincy was passed over to Ravindra Jadeja. Before this season, Jadeja didn’t have a lot of experience in Leadership. In fact, this is the first time that Jadeja is leading an IPL team. Fans expected Suresh Raina to lead the team but since he went unsold, he will be playing the part of a Hindi commentator. Dhoni has made a comeback and fans are more than happy to see his this form. He started the season by scoring a half-century not out and a six-ball 16 in the very next game. Dhoni is also just three sixes away from entering the most sixes for a team in the T20 format.
