SC East Bengal’s lone victory came against FC Goa (2-1) on January 19, 2022.

The Mariners, on the other hand, brought in Colaco for a record transfer fee to improve their roster for the Indian Super League 2021-22. Hyderabad FC issued the following statement: “With a focus on long-term sustainability, Hyderabad FC agreed for Liston’s move in a deal that fetches the highest-ever transfer fee received for an Indian player.”

Youngest Winner of the Golden Glove Award

Prabhsukhan Singh Gill, at the age of 21, became the Golden Glove Award’s youngest recipient. Initially, the Kerala Blasters didn’t think of him as a first-choice goalkeeper. However, Gill joined the show after Albino Gomes suffered an injury against Odisha FC on December 5, 2021. He went on to have seven clean sheets in his next 20 outings.

    The ISL’s Youngest Hat-Trick Scorer

Kiyan Nassiri became the youngest player to score a hat-trick in the Indian Super League’s history on January 29, 2022, after scoring three great goals against SC East Bengal in the Kolkata Derby.
